BODEN is an award-winning independent communications agency specializing in helping brands reach U.S. Hispanic and Latin American consumers.

We like to refer to our culture as Cooltura. It embodies what is greatest about the Hispanic culture: the passion, the sense of family, and the drive to be successful.

BODEN is a minority-owned and WBENC certified company. We are passionate about promoting an inclusive culture and encouraging diversity of thought. We believe that investing in our team members is investing in our organization.

Volunteering is also at the core of our company culture. As a team, we engage in community service and coordinate our donation drives for organizations like Ronald McDonald House Charities, Red Cross, The Miami Foundation, and Las Pequeñas Rosas (Our Little Roses), an orphanage in Honduras.


Natalie Boden has dedicated her career to diversifying the PR industry, a dream that reflects her own distinct background.

Born in Honduras, the trilingual Boden holds a degree in French from La Sorbonne, Paris, and also undertook Modern European Studies at University College London. Additionally, she holds a bachelor's degree in English Literature and International Relations from Florida International University.

In 2006, Boden founded BodenPR, an agency built specifically to reach the underserved population of Hispanic consumers. The firm steadily grew through the years, winning high-profile clients such as Target, McDonald’s, United Healthcare and Pepsi, to name a few.

In 2016, Boden rebranded BodenPR as BODEN, a full service communications agency built on the strong belief that brands are most successful when they create stories for the Latino consumer across key stakeholder groups including mainstream and endemic media, influencers and social media.

Also in 2016, Boden partnered with QuestMindshare and created the Latina SmartPurse, a research initiative dedicated to understanding the increasingly powerful Latina consumer. Later that same year, she launched Boden U, an internal lecture series dedicated to teaching her diverse team of employees how best to grow their careers.

Boden’s deep-rooted belief in diversity has defined her career, which has garnered much acclaim. BODEN was named one of PR News' Best Places to Work in 2016, and Natalie has been honored among the top 50 PR Game-Changers in 2017 and in 2014 was included in PRWeek's 40 Under 40.
